If you're reporting a bug, it helps to include:
- Your device model and iOS version
- The app version (Settings → About in the app)
- What you were doing when the problem happened
Common questions
I missed yesterday's daily — can I still play it?
Past daily puzzles are available in the Archive with a Premium subscription.
Can I restart the daily if I mess up?
No — the daily is a one-shot event. That's the whole point. Random
challenges, however, can be restarted as often as you like.
How do I restore my Premium subscription on a new device?
Open the subscription panel in-app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make
sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you originally subscribed with.
